When She Turned 40-Ish

When Annette turned 40-ish, she wrote her memoirs on the back of a paper bag. When Ramona turned 40-ish, she tossed her “to do” list in the garbage and never looked back.

“When She Turned 40-Ish” is an alphabetical narrative of twenty-six fashion-ating women as they find themselves reaching their milestone 40-ish birthday. Background images were created using paint, glue, and pattern tissue. The paper doll outfits were inspired by Moda, Chrysalis fabric by Sanae.

This book is an easy and entertaining read. It is also perfectly-priced as a fun birthday gift for a girlfriend. So, buy several…one for each of your friends turning 40-ish in the coming year!

Pretty Witty…For a 40 Year Old!

This book is my new go-to-gift for 40-ish friends. It is fun, light-hearted, witty, and the artwork is beautifully illustrated. Adding

Moda fabrics was a fun detail throughout the book.

I hope the author will expand and create a 30-ish and 50-ish book so I can give those as gifts also. It definitely sparks a lot of smiles and good chuckles.

Absolutely Delicious

The dresses are beautiful and the author’s fun personality shines throughout. I just love this book! (And no, I am not the woman on page 16…)

Best Idea Ever

I am lucky enough to own some of Carmen’s beautiful collage artwork. Her vision is truly unique and amazing. This book will be a prize to have and enjoy; and a special gift to give.
