Southern Cross

Inspired by “Southern Cross” by Crosby, Stills & Nash, this collage explores the idea of holding on, recalibrating, and trusting that even when we drift, we should look to the stars. The crosses found their way to me over years as gifts and found objects. They are anchored by white sequins representing the Southern Cross constellation (Crux), a navigational guide in the Southern Hemisphere.
